The installation process takes approximately one hour.
At the time of your installation appointment, you will receive a call from our installation team. We prefer to install our software on your server computer. We will access your server by using DentalRemote.com.
Once access has been established, our team will begin installing Divergent Dental's software. Your daily operations should not be interrupted and you will not need to log out of your Practice Management Software. Installation itself consists mainly of us creating credentials and adding your practice's information to our sync software systems. It may not look like much if you're watching the remote session on your end. Our installation team will contact you again by phone once the process is completed. We need to verify a little basic information so you can begin to receive your reports.
