We’re excited that you’re ready to take your practice to the next level. We’re also excited that you’re ready to install Divergent Dental and that you’re taking the steps to become even more successful as a dental practice.

Here are a few items we would appreciate you have ready before we start our installation phone call:

• Have administrative access to your office server computer (if you’re not sure what administrative access is, please get us in touch with your IT partners)
• Discuss and/or decide which team members at your office will be receiving the reports from Divergent Dental in their email every day. It can be multiple team members. We can send any report to whatever email address you like. Have a list of those email addresses.
• Be prepared to verify your office contact information, including address, email, and phone numbers.
• Take a look at our UserGuide Online at our Website. You can learn a lot and see some sample reports. Please discuss and have ready your target monthly goals. If you're not certain, we can use the default settings to start with. Default goals on our reports is a 5% growth rate over the last 12 rolling months.
• Get a list of questions together. Our support and training are included in your subscription fee, but it’s always better to know what you need to ask before we schedule a time for support.
