Recall Report
The recall report gives your front desk an easy way to know who they should be calling to schedule their next recall appointments. The report is sent every Monday morning and is designed to complement any type of automated reminders you are already using. Some patients are more likely to schedule an appointment with a personal call from a real person that an automatically-generated digital message. The report finds active patients who are either coming due for their recall or overdue for. You’ll quickly see the patient’s info along with what type of recall they are due for, their due date, and the last time they were seen for recall.
These are the timeframes of due dates that will be included:
Coming due next week
Overdue by six weeks
Overdue by 16 weeks
Overdue by 32 weeks
Overdue by 48 weeks
Overdue by 72 weeks
