Recall Report

The recall report gives your front desk powerful tool to know who they should be calling to schedule their next recall appointments. You'll receive this report every Monday morning.

This report is designed to complement any type of automated reminders you are already using. Some patients are more likely to schedule an appointment with a personal call from a real person that an automatically-generated digital message.

The Recall Report finds active patients who are either coming due for their recall or are overdue for their recall. You’ll see the patient’s info along with what type of recall they are due for, their due date, and the last time they were seen for recall. Phone numbers being transferred on this report are sorted by priority. That priority is Cellular/Mobile if present, then Home phone. Call these patients and get them onto your schedule. Chances are, they may have treatment to complete as well.

Due Date = the Recall Due Date in the Recall Setup within your practice management software.
PrevDate = is their last previously scheduled appointment date, not necessarily a recall date, but the date of that patient's most recent appointment.

Phone Numbers are pulled in the following order:\\

  1. Cell Number
  2. Home Number
  3. No Home/No Cell = NO CELL (from on your Morning Huddle Report)

These are the time frames of due dates that will be included:

  • Coming due next week
  • Overdue by six weeks
  • Overdue by 16 weeks
  • Overdue by 32 weeks
  • Overdue by 48 weeks
  • Overdue by 72 weeks
