The installation process takes approximately one hour. During this time you will receive a call from our installation team. We will access your server by using DentalRemote.com. Once access has been established, our team will begin installing Divergent Dental's software. Your daily operations will not be interrupted and you will not need to log out of your Practice Management Software. Our installation team will contact you by phone once the process is completed. We need to verify a little basic information so you can receive your reports. That's the entirety of the installation process. It's usually pretty quick, and pretty simple on your part.
