Installation Checklist

Congratulations!

We’re excited that you’re ready to take your practice to the next level. We’re also excited that you’re ready to install Divergent Dental and that you’re taking the steps to become even more successful as a dental practice.

Here are a few items we would appreciate you have ready before we start our installation phone call:

  • Have administrative access to your office server computer (if you’re not sure what administrative access is, get us in touch with your IT pro’s)
  • Discuss and/or decide which team members at your office will be receiving the reports from Divergent Dental in their email every day. It can be multiple team members.  Have a list of those email addresses.
  • Be prepared to verify your office address, emails, and phone numbers.
  • Take a look at our UserGuide Online at our Website. You can learn a lot and see some sample reportsDiscuss and have ready your target goals. Default on our reports is a 5% growth pattern.
  • Get a list of questions together. We offer free support and training, but it’s always better to know what you need to ask before we schedule a time for support.
