We offer 6 automated reports with our standard Divergent Dental Resources package. These reports are delivered via PDF format to your email inbox daily, weekly, and monthly. If you have questions about any of the data on our reports, please see our User Guide or email us directly.

You can expect the following information in our reports:

Morning Huddle: Sent each business day in the morning. These are typically scheduled to arrive only on those days where you are scheduled to see patients. This report contains a significant amount of usable information for the day. There are three primary areas of information on this report: (1) Quick Stats; (2) Providers’ Scheduled Production; and (3) Patient Appointment Details.

Daily Dashboard: This report is sent every evening before you are typically are scheduled to see patients. It is comprised of three major sections: (1) Production, Income, and New Patients in a speed-dial-type graphic. This gives you a quick visual where you are in relation to your goals. (2) KPI Metrics based on today, tomorrow, this week and this month, and (3) Payment summary and Adjustment summary.

Weekly Recap: This report is sent every Monday morning and includes two charts: Case Acceptance by Patient and Top Producing Procedures. Seeing the Top Procedures each week help you get a feel for why the week’s production might have been up or down. This gives you a quick visual summary of how the last week went, and what procedures typically made up your production for that week.

Unscheduled Treatment: This is another weekly report. This list is sent every Monday morning. From it, your front desk has a systematic way to follow up with patients who were recently seen and had newly treatment planned procedures that they have yet to schedule or complete. Get these patients back on your books.

Recall: Another weekly report sent every Monday morning, this is designed to complement any automated reminder system that you are already using. It also gives your front desk an easy way to know who they should be calling to schedule their next recall appointments.

Monthly KPI: (Key Performance Indicators): This report is the most in-depth report we offer. It will be sent on or near the 1st of each month. It is designed to give you get a quick comprehensive overview of your practice. You will be able to spot practice-wide and provider-specific trends that will help you identify areas that are going well or might need improvement.
