Morning Huddle: Sent each morning that you are typically scheduled to see patients and contains a significant amount of usable information for that day. There are three primary areas of information on this report: (1) Quick Stats; (2) Providers’ Scheduled Production; and (3) Patient Appointment Details.

Daily Dashboard: Sent every evening that you typically are scheduled to see patients. It is comprised of three major sections: upper grid, middle grid, and lower grid. Each grid section gives you a daily snapshot of the current health of your practice.

Weekly Recap: Sent every Monday morning and includes two charts: Case Acceptance by Patient and Top Producing Procedures. Seeing the Top Procedures each week help you get a feel for why the week’s production might have been up or down. When certain key procedures are lower in volume, your overall production will likely be down.

Unscheduled Treatment: Sent every Monday morning this report gives your front desk a systematic way to follow up with patients who were recently seen and had newly treatment planned procedures that they have yet to schedule or complete. Get these patients back on your books.

Recall: Sent every Monday morning, this report is designed to complement any automated reminders you are already using. It also gives your front desk an easy way to know who they should be calling to schedule their next recall appointments.

Monthly KPI: (Key Performance Indicators): This report is the most in-depth report we offer. It will be sent on or near the 1st of each month. It is designed to allow you get a comprehensive overview of your practice. You will be able to spot practice-wide and provider-specific trends that will help you identify areas that are going well or might need improvement. This user guide will not address each metric, but will highlight a few of the charts that might need some clarification.
