We offer 6 automated reports with our standard Divergent Dental Resources package. These reports are delivered via PDF format to your email inbox daily, weekly, and monthly. | We offer 6 automated reports as our Divergent Dental Resources practice metrics. These reports are delivered via PDF format to your email inbox daily, weekly, and monthly. Weekly reports are delivered every Monday. Monthly Reports are delivered on the First of the month or the Next Business Day (if on the weekend). Our Weeks here at Divergent Dental are based on a Monday through Sunday structure.\\ |

**Morning Huddle:** Sent each morning that you are typically scheduled to see patients and contains a significant amount of usable information for that day. **Daily Dashboard:** Sent every evening that you typically are scheduled to see patients. It is comprised of three major sections: upper grid, middle grid, and lower grid. Each grid section gives you a daily snapshot of the current health of your practice. | ====You can expect the following information in our reports:==== |

**Weekly Recap:** Sent every Monday morning and includes two charts: Case Acceptance by Patient and Top Producing Procedures. Seeing the Top Procedures each week help you get a feel for why the week’s production might have been up or down. When certain key procedures are lower in volume, your overall production will likely be down. | **Morning Huddle:** Sent each business day in the morning. These are typically scheduled to arrive only on those days where you are scheduled to see patients. Please let us know if your office sees patients on the weekend days.\\ |

**Unscheduled Treatment:** Sent every Monday morning this report gives your front desk a systematic way to follow up with patients who were recently seen and had newly treatment planned procedures that they have yet to schedule or complete. **Recall:** Sent every Monday morning, this report is designed to complement any automated reminders you are already using. It also gives your front desk an easy way to know who they should be calling to schedule their next recall appointments. | **Daily Dashboard:** This report is sent every evening after you are typically finished seeing patients. It is comprised of three major sections:\\ |
| **1.) Production, Income, and New Patients** in a speed-dial-type graphic. This gives you a quick visual where you are in relation to your goals.\\ |
| **2.) Timely KPI Metrics** based on today, tomorrow, this week and this month.\\ |
| **3.) Payment summary and Adjustment summary** to reconcile payments and adjustments for the current day.\\ |
| **4.) Provider Summary** detailing daily production, income, Production per Patient, and total number of New patients and converted patients seen. |

**Monthly KPI:** (Key Performance Indicators): This report is the most in-depth report we offer. It will be sent on or near the 1st of each month. It is designed to allow you get a comprehensive overview of your practice. You will be able to spot practice-wide and provider-specific trends that will help you identify areas that are going well or might need improvement. | **KPI's by Provider** This section will detail net production, payments, patients seen, etc on a provider level and compare it to your average weekly KPI's based on a calculated 12-month average week.\\ |
